Nathan Handler (nhandler) to become a Universe Contributor

Hello everybody,

Nathan has spent the last few months tackling merges and syncs with Intrepid as 
well as patching and triaging bugs. He has even provided some online training 
for MOTU-development and is yet another Chicago hacker that I am proud to 
welcome to the team.
