[xubuntu-users] Strange Problem with Window Manager Shortcuts Not Working After Reboot

This worked.   Thanks!  My install was up-to-date but it's possible I'd
configured my shortcuts before the update.  Sorry I don't have any clues as
to how to reproduce...
