[xubuntu-users] ALWAYS Check Those Connections!

How many times do I have to learn the lesson? I just spent too much time
diagnosing a no sound issue. Reading forums, wikis, advice postings, etc.
Un-installing, even rebooting! Dual boot to Win$ (don't tell anybody). No sound.

I was SURE I'd reconnected wires correctly but went back to the manual to
check. Yes, use the green one in the middle or sound won't work. Problem solved!

I'm sharing just in case some other old coot, or, even a young user, stumbles
on this problem. It's always the first thing to do after adding "stuff" to a
perfectly functional PC.

Now, if I could just sound to come out of the built-in speakers on my monitor
-- but that's for another day.

Happy Saturday.
