[xubuntu-users] external display and suspended session

Hi there everyone,

Amazing release this of Xubuntu 13.04!
Just a question,

I am working with an external display and with that of my laptop turned off.
When I suspend the session and then I turn the computer on again, I am
getting a weird situation,

the screen of the laptop is still off and the external display is no more
recognized. So I am completely left in the dark. Any clues how I can
resolve this issue?

On the other hand, Xubuntu automatically recognizes the external display at
start up which is amazing!!
