[xubuntu-users] Hardware not detected on Xubuntu installation, but detected on Ubuntu

Hi Carlos,

 The base system of Xubuntu and Ubuntu are the same so hardware detection
and the likes should be the same. That being said, the wifi usb stick may
has been detected and managed by a desktop application unique to Ubuntu. As
for the sound card, it most certainly should have been auto-detected. Could
you give us more information about the wifi usb stick and the sound card?
