[ubuntu-za] Karmic online upgrade

It could also be upgrade problems related to some existing package. Like
conflicts. Very easy to miss during testing due to the many combinations of
packages possible.

I for instance had some nasty failures installing from the Ubuntu
repositories because I installed a google-chrome-unstable.

These will get sorted quickly as people report the problems, as it's usually
a small list of packages. I also had failures on one machine where 8.04 was
released, where other machines worked fine - they were literally standing
next to each other. A week it was working again.
