[l-ubuntu-ve] Cambio de Hora en Venezuela - Diferentes versiones de tzdata entre Ubuntu 14.04 y 15.04

Buenas Tardes, Jaime y a todos, gracias a todos por responder,
Me encuentro trabajando en campo, sin internet y sin acceso al equipo con
Lubuntu 15.04, cuando regrese a la ciudad intentare realizar una
actualizacion a Lubuntu 16.04., espero no toparme con algun corte no
programado de electricad durante la actualizacion, en caso de falla
realizare una instalacion limpia.
Cuando lo haga les comentare el resultado con respecto al huso horario, el
cual espero sea satisfactorio.
