Call for Telegram translations

Hi Michael,

Sorry for late reply. I see, thank you for voicing your concerns. Earlier
(before Easter holiday) I have talked to Markus Ra, who welcomed the
possibility of us using Transifex. While I don't have influence on the
internals of Transifex in context of Telegram, I appreciate your voice here
on the thread and mentioning those. Yes, indeed Launchpad provides more
locales than Transifex, I believe I also heard that elsewhere.

Thank you all for your invaluable input. We have explored our possibilities
here and we will stick with Launchpad, at least for time being. Thank you
all.

Sincerely,
karni
