Toevoegen van "Translator note" op Launchpad

We kunnen inderdaad gewoon PO-bestanden uploaden. Maar zoals Heureka al
omschrijft is dit vooral een omslachtige manier als je eventjes bij 1
vertaling een stukje commentaar wilt neerzetten.

Ik vind het verder heel goed om vertaalkeuzes toe te lichten!
Als je de laatste zin van Heureka leest: "We could also think of a text box
for comments that deal with several strings, more or less like a header in
which (Dutch) GNOME translators include overall translation notes."
Vertaalkeuzes gelden ook vaak voor het hele pakket (PO-bestand), en niet
enkel 1 string.
