Toevoegen van "Translator note" op Launchpad

Nou volgens mij kan het wel door middel van het uploaden van een
aagepast PO-bestand, zie het eerdere antwoord van Rashid.
Heureka schrijft dat dit ook de manier is: 
I understand you can add comments while editing (downloaded) PO files,
which can then be uploaded. But to me this seems a very unpractical
method if the only thing you want to do is adding a translator comment.
Verder schrijft hij ook nog: 
The Dutch translation team discourages using PO files because of
possible interference with on line translation on the same strings.
Ik weet niet wat het huidige beleid is voor het uploaden van
PO-bestanden op Launchpad, of dit nu wel toegestaan is of niet.
Misschien kan Hannie of Redmar hier uitsluitsel over geven.
