[ubuntu-hardened] 3.2.42 kernel update for 12.04.2 Release

Hi

I would like to ask when a new stable 3.2.42 kernel [1]
released by Mr Ben Hutchings on Wed, 27 Mar 2013
will be available in *ubuntu 12.04.2? I'm asking, because
the current version is 3.2.39, and in 'proposed-updates' -
3.2.40.

3.2.40 kernel version includes a probably a lot of fixes and
corrections, just like every updated kernel, right? So, why
it take so long to push this update to 12.04.2 Release?

I'm just curious. That's the reason why I'm asking such question.
Nothing more, nothing less.
