visted verses not yet visited hyperlinks in the resulting html pages

I have to say from a user experience perspective, having visited links a
different color is usually a good idea (especially when looking at
something for the first time, as you noted it is often the only way to see
where you have been :-)  but that's just my two cents.  -Corey.
