Hi :)
I think most people here agree with you. If you do have time to chase the "Ubuntu web design team" then maybe they do have a good answer as to why they did it. That might make us appreciate the decision and maybe learn something. On the other hand they might just say "oops, didn't mean to do that!" and then fix it. Either way we kinda win ;)
