Documentation Team for Bengali Language

thank you for replying .
i want to know that is there any process to form a individual team for every
language like the translation projects [1]? In the Documentation Team Wiki
page[2] it is written that most of the communications is done through this
mailing list but if there any chance to maintain a *Launchpad Team, *mailing
list or irc channel for Bengali Language ?
I am saying this because there is no documentation in bengali language and i
have to write the whole . For this i may need to work with some other people
too.
