How to test your translations of ubuntu-docs

Dear all,

We've made some improvements to the way that we import translations into
the documentation team's repository (thanks to Luca Falavigna for the
work on the script).

We still import the translations manually from Rosetta, but you can now
test your own translations. I've written some instructions up on this
page, under "Testing Translations":

The more you test your translations and fix errors, the easier our job
becomes to import the translations and correct errors.

This procedure is not yet available for kubuntu-docs, but I'm sure it
will not be long.
