Hi all!

  Scott Balneaves has been doing a large amount of doc work for Edubuntu.
He has been writing and fixing on the Edubuntu Handbook and has shown to me
that he can write valid docbook, etc. He is also an upstream developer for
LTSP and does doc writing there as well. He is an essential asset to the
Edubuntu documentation effors and I would like to ask that he be given svn
access. His LP id is sbalneav.
