Procedure to get documentation to translate imported into Rosetta

Hi,
I'm new to this list. I'm worrying about documentation being translated
in other languages than english. It seems that translators miss a good
tool to work efficiently. Maybe will Rosetta fills the gap...

I think there should be a description of the entire process of
translation of the doc from Docbook svn to Rosetta and back to Docbook.
What, who, when... Seems should be on a new Wiki page of the DocTeam.
Should the .po/.pot files be sent to Rosetta maintainers at each
modification of the content of the svn ?
