Procedure to get documentation to translate imported into Rosetta

Feel free to do any suggestion to improve Rosetta if you think there is 
something to be changed/added so makes your life easier.

At this point, yes. If you want new strings to appear into Rosetta, you 
need to send us the new .pot file.

We could look into a way to let you upload the .pot file directly from 
the web, Rosetta has also that feature.
