But the trouble is we simply can't list all the documentation on the
front page without having people lose other things. For example, the
ubuntu-devel team are heavy wiki users, and they aren't interested in
our docs for their day-to-day work. They're interested in the Hoary
Release Schedule and the Hoary Goals list and things like that. Whereas
users are interested in our docs. Some users are also interested in
devel stuff.
So the roadmap needs to be short so that people don't have to scroll
past 300 links they aren't interested in to find the one that they are
interested in. Your examples are already much shorter than the Ubuntu
front page. I suppose in that case we need to have documentation
subpages. A quick look at the wiki doesn't really show up a huge amount
of categorising yet.
