Archive administrators cannot be expected to verify every request in this
way; the volume is simply too great. The requestor must take care to review
these changes and confirm their correctness.
If it is inconvenient to collect this information, then surely it can be
automated. The important part is to review the changes and confirm that
each Ubuntu change has been incorporated, and that is work which needs to be
done anyway.
