Drag Window from anywhere in Metacity?

Developer option?  Ugh, that's a good way to get rid of that
consistency they brag about.  Well, Apple's own apps don't do
drag-from-anywhere.  I haven't really used many 3rd party
ones...NeoOffice, Fink, Camino, Adium...about it.  If it's added to
GNOME/GTK/Ubuntu, can we please make it something that affects all
apps, not just ones where the dev decided to be different?  "I can
click here and move my Firefox, but not Pidgin, is Pidgin broken?"
doesn't sound like a good situation.
