outstanding applications

Hi everyone,

I'm currently trying to find out applications, that may have been lost on the 
MC mailing list. I've also forwarded two of the longer outstanding 
applications with already 4 +1 votes to TB, so that these can finally get 
progressed. 
@all applicants: I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the delays.

There are still missing votes on these applications:
