Can you add your email address in your identity information in Evolution? For
KMail, under identities, I include it in the address field and it uses it. I
have 3 identities set up for 3 different email addresses. Now, I had to move
away from using GMail at the time as it wouldn't allow me to send email as
nixternal at ubuntu.com so I went back and used my Comcast SMTP servers, since
with GMail you had to auth with ssl and the goofy GMail stuff. But under
identities if it is there, there should be an email field.
