Adept error committing changes...

Just recently (within the last few days) my Adept is giving me the error:
There was an error committing changes. Possibly there was a problem 
downloading some packages or the commit would break packages.

Never had this before and can't update things now. My broadband is fine 
and is available for Adept to download packages.

Any ideas what would suddenly cause this? Or how to fix it?
