Eye of Gnome for KDE?

Is there anything like Eye Of Gnome for KDE? I really like Eye of
Gnome, especially these two features:
1) The mouse wheel scrolls in and out
2) The picture can be dragged around with the mouse, like a pdf in Acrobat.

While I use Eye of Gnome, I'd of course prefer a KDE app to complement
my desktop. Also, the mouse zoom in EOG is way too slow, and does not
seem configurable. I'm hoping that the KDE version will let me
configure that.
