Calling Kubuntu Inkscape users

So. I had inkscape running for about 2 hours now. I didn't actually draw 
anything but moved shapes of an existing drawing around every now and then.
I did not see any change in performance. Inkscape is running fine.
BTW, I've used inkscape on edgy and feisty(now), but I can't say anything 
about dapper.
