As soon as you are going to add a Local Printer you have to pinpoint to 
Printer Port at the bottom of your screen. Pressing the arrow keys will lead 
you to all your Local ports (3 parallel ports and 16 USB Printer(s)).

As soon as you need to add a network printer you can choose for CUPS and 
provide the URL e.g. http://192.168.x.y or whatever your printers network id 
is. Of course there are more options to select such as Windows Printing via 
(SMB) etc.
In short, via System > Administration > Printing you would be able to print 
to every (printing)device there is connected to your network and or one of 
your systems.
