Partition

I do not understand why this fact is the matter Paul. I have installed
Ubuntu several times and it went the way I described. In my opinion you
should be able to also see the partitions as soon as you SEE the entire
disk, and go a little further inside the menu.

Is there maybe an possibility to store your current  CONFIGURATION for
instance with something like GHOST to a network drive on your working
environment or at home?  So you will be able to "restore" it in case
something went wrong?
