new juju quickstart 2.0 and releases of jujucharms.com and the Juju GUI

While not technically a release I also wanted to note that we've now setup
redirects from juju.ubuntu.com and manage.jujucharms.com. This means that
old urls such as juju.ubuntu.com/docs now head over to jujucharms.com.

We've tried to test and make sure the redirects are solid. Please let us
know if you find any issues and we'll work to get them addressed asap. Feel
free to file any bug reports at:

One nice side effect is that it looks like our Google Fu is picking up and
we'll continue to work with the web team to improve things.
