Hi Gustavo,
 I have Thunar.  The move to trash option does not prompt but is
unnecessary IMO as you can retrieve it from the bin.  The Delete option,
which will permanently remove, does confirm the deletion.  Command line has
an option to prompt before removal:

rm -i or rm -I

from cli:
man rm

in the cli option you can script or create an alias to make this automatic
with say 'rc' for remove and confirm.  Here is a handy howto for aliases:
