[xubuntu-users] confirmation dialog when delete files from gui (thunar/nautilus)

hi all,

I'd like to know if it's possible to activate (from gui or config files) a confirmation dialog when deleting files from a file manager (I have thunar and nautilus installed).
I tried all preferences dialogs in both managers but can't find any option to ask user before delete.
I think is an important feature to improve usability in some cases.
