[xubuntu-users] Surface 3 (non pro) battery driver

I had that issue before on an older Macbook

The only way I was able to see how much battery I had was installing 
xfce4-battery-plugin and then add it to your Panel. The plugin it self 
is not very pretty but it does the job.
