[xubuntu-users] Mouse focus problem in 15.10 - xfwm4 ?

More information, I've found what provokes the problem, or at least
one of the things that does.

I get the problem if I select text with button 1.  As soon as I have
selected some text the mouse pointer is *functionally* stuck in the
window where I selected the text, even though I can move the pointer
all over the screen.
