[xubuntu-users] Intel SSD Full? 240 GB gone for Xubuntu /boot

Curt,
You are probably a victim of updates leaving cruft behind - old kernels, etc. Of you can still boot the old system, install Ubuntu tweak and clean house. There are other approaches to cleaning but they are not on personal ram, on the road.
