[xubuntu-users] alsaplayer and aplay not working anymore on mp3-files

I used alsaplayer and aplay all the time before upgrading to 15.04 without
any problems.
Since then, any mp3 file is producing just "noise". wav files work well.
VLC and Parole player are also working fine.
I found out, that running
alsaplayer -F 8000 test01.mp3
does work. But not with -F 44100 or -F 48100 and so on, just a stuttering
noise.

aplay test01.mp3 gives , but that is definitely wrong, just cd-like 44100
Wiedergabe: Rohdaten 'test01.mp3' : Unsigned 8 bit, Rate: 8000 Hz, mono

vlc works and codec is
Typ: Audio
Codec: MPEG Audio layer 1/2 (mpga)
Kanäle: Stereo
Abtastrate: 44100 Hz
Bitrate: 64 kB/s

Also audacity shows normal frequency (graphically), but also no replay
possible.

Versions are xubuntu 15.04

alsaplayer 0.99.81
alsa-utils 1.0.28-1ubuntu2

uname -a
3.19.0-21-generic #21-Ubuntu SMP Sun Jun 14 18:31:11 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64
x86_64 GNU/Linux

pulseaudio 1:6.0-0ubuntu6

Don't understand where the problem is. I think of a typical pulseaudio
problem, but I try to let my system run with "standards"
Any suggestions to solve the problem ?
