[xubuntu-users] weird fstab and uuid problems, version 15.04

I'd leave it to /dev/disk/by-uuid/* because the kernel MAY sometimes switch
the /dev/sdxX locations, causing your system to fail to boot, whereas the
UUID stuff is fixed (the downside being you can't just take the disk and
plug it into another PC). plus the UUID method is a bit faster on boot
times.
