[xubuntu-users] xubuntu 14.04 can not rotate 90 degree with Intel GMA3600

Are you using the open source or the proprietary drivers? Look under 
"additional drivers" in the settings manager. You could try using the 
opposite of what you are currently using(or a different proprietary if 
you have a list) and see what you get.
