[xubuntu-users] Installing Nemo and Removing Thunar

I'm just asking for other's experience with removing it.

My experience has been that even after setting all possible settings, I
still had Thunar windows appearing. I never chased it further, so I can't
tell you which applications had issues yet. I have just put up with the
minor irritation that something was amiss.

If I remove Thunar, I don't want to be left with non-functioning
applications, although I could reinstall it if I have issues I guess.

Of course if I pursue this, I'll let folks know how it goes.
