[xubuntu-users] Is Xubuntu better than Ubuntu if you don't use Xfce?

Hi all,
I love Xfce, but I love Openbox and dwm (my current wm) even more.
Would Xubuntu be better than plain Ubuntu for someone like me? Perhaps
because it doesn't include (urk) Unity?
By the way, I always install Xfce on everything I own, because I love
xfce4-terminal, and because I always want the option of an interface my
wife and kids can use.
The main place I use Buntu type OS's is on new laptops, because:
1) Debian seems to mess up when you dual boot, and on a new laptops the
only way you can get tech support is if you run their silly Windows
diagnostics.
2) The Buntus seem better at recognizing odd new hardware than most
others, including Debian and the BSDs.
So what do you think: For a dwm guy, is Xubuntu better than Ubuntu,
given that I always install xfce and xfce-goodies anyway?
Thanks,
SteveT
