[xubuntu-users] 14.10, keyboard map seems wrong for GUI login

Further checking shows that I seem to have a US keyboard for the GUI
login whereas I have a UK keyboard (the correct layout) everywhere
else.  The " and @ keys are wrong, the £ key is wrong, etc.

How/where can I set the keyboard mapping for login?
