and a number of other posts in searches, the Display may be the issue.  
Are there any log entries?  Though I don't know if the system is 
generating any at this point.  Since the systems does not get all the 
way to an OS I don't know if graphic driver would impact the system; but 
it might be worth checking the additional drivers for your card under 
settings manager.  Are you using the native monitor or an attached monitor?
