I've held off comment for a while now, but can we please NOT do these two
things that make it hard for everyone to follow?
1) Blindly reply to the digest without modifying the subject line, or
replies to such replies likewise.
2) Bottom post at the end of a very long message that is not entirely
relevant to the reply.
Email can be edited with relatively little effort. See also the
asterisk outlined standard list footer below.
