Unfortunately that's the wrong way round.

You need to download the .iso image file to your hard disk and then use
usb-creator-gtk to make a bootable USB from the image.

Then reboot using the USB. Once it starts, there is an "Install" icon to
click on that will install it to the hard disk.

You may need to install usb-creator-gtk first if it's not already there.
