[xubuntu-users] g.chrome and xfce terminal are blocking the reappearance (after auto-hiding) of running-applications panel bar

dear all,

how can one compel g.chrome and xfce4 Terminal 0.4.8 to stop blocking
the reappearance (after auto-hiding) of the running-applications panel
bar of xfce4-panel 4.8.6 of the Xfce 4.8 Desktop Enviroment ?

it's very annoying.  now the only way to get back to the
running-applications panel bar after clicking on google chrome or the
xfce4 Terminal 0.4.8 is to toggle with Cntrl-Tab to moz..firefox...
:(

please help (or should i report it as bug?)
