This is always good to keep in mind.
Whenever trying to use documentation for a new task (something new to
me, that is), I find there is always one vital, essential, key piece of
information which is omitted :-)
When I eventually find it (elsewhere), the reason for its omission
always seems to be, "Oh, *everybody* knows that, it's self-evident, so
we never included it in the document".
I always try to keep this in mind in documentation I write myself, but
it's hard sometimes to know the level at which you must stop. Do all
users know that the Enter key is used to end one paragraph and start a
new one? for example.
