Good point, and it reminds me....
This is not going to fix anything now, but maybe going to the latest
and greatest as soon as it comes out is a bit risky. I don't do it.
When possible, I keep to LTS releases, every 2 years. And I don't
upgrade when released, but wait until the .1 comes out. My only
exception is that if I buy new hardware, it often won't run on a
2-year-old release, especially laptops.
You don't get a new Windows version every 6 months. Maybe there's a reason.
