Jim, thanks, I was brought up to believe that emails should be in plain 
text especially when corresponding with user groups so I followed the 
path you gave for plain text. In fact I had already tried this but every 
setting I made made no difference. Is it possible that, although the 
various fonts are listed, they may not be installed?
