You probably want to keep "/home/.encryptfs" in the list of folders to 
be pruned. It contains the actual encrypted data - just a bunch of 
randomly named files like "KFMVgJ0UBSIeaXX0YukGa6Ix". Having that 
pollute your locatedb probably isn't very useful. What you want is to 
have the data in the encrypted filesystem indexed, which is the 
"encryptfs" bit you edited out.
