[xubuntu-users] Updatedb and locate does not work

Well, if you look into it more closely, you will see that only the hidden
.ecryptfs/ directory is pruned from the searches. So yes, it seems you have an
actual problem, in solving which we would need help from the outputs that I
mentioned in my first post.
