Copy these files:

Evolution:
/home/username/.evolution or .local/share/evolution
/home/username/.gconf
/home/username/.gnome2_private
/home/username/.camel_certs

Firefox:
/home/username/.mozilla

You may also want:

/home/username/.config
/home/username/.gnome2

For other configuration files.

All these files are hidden, so you will need to do View>Show Hidden
Files (Ctrl+H) to show them. Then copy them onto your home folder on the
new machine, in their original state.

Hope this works :)
